Welcome to ACF Car Finance Reviews! Here we share honest customer feedback from many of the thousands of satisfied ACF Car Finance customers who have bought a car from one of our used car dealerships across the country.

We haven’t become the UK’s leading sub-prime car dealer through ignoring our customers! As a company we value our reputation and welcome feedback, good or otherwise, because your opinions matter.

Our customer feedback is gathered in a number of ways:

• Within a couple of days of buying a car from us, every customer receives a call to ensure that they are completely happy with all aspects of their purchase. We call this the welcome call.
• Following the welcome call, within three to four weeks of purchasing the car, every customer also receives a call to go through the customer satisfaction survey to gauge an overall opinion of the company.
• In addition, we make every effort to monitor customer comments found elsewhere on the web and where appropriate, we’ll endeavour to respond to customers in the same way.
